Our Compensation Model is Simple.



Broker compensation based on a transaction amount of $500,000 with a brokerage commission of 2.5%.

What You Pay For.

$67 monthly membership fee which includes being part of this amazing community and its perks.

$250 transaction fee on leases and $500 transaction fee on sales. You receive 100% of commissions on transactions.

$42 per month errors and omissions insurance.

Your own standard real estate board and MLS service.

Not convinced yet? We also offer a competitive 75/25 split, but we know that you'll love our membership model.
*75/25% split is responsible for $42/mo. for submissions and real estate board fees.
